We explain what data we collect in the app and on this site, and how we use it. Your trust is part of the product.

1. Data we collect

In the app, when you create an account we collect your name, your email address and, optionally, your profile photo and the city you are browsing from. If you register as a business from this site, we collect your business name, a contact email and your city or region. We also use analytics tools that gather aggregated usage data (screen views, traffic source, device type).

2. How we use it

We use your data to create and maintain your account, show you relevant experiences, connect you with tour operators, answer your support requests and improve the app. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers needed to operate (for example, Google Firebase for authentication and database, the email delivery service and analytics platforms), which process it under their own policies. When you contact a tour operator, they receive the details you choose to share. We do not share it for third-party advertising without your consent.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and pixels (such as Google Analytics and Meta) to measure site and campaign performance. You can block them from your browser settings.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to xploremore07@gmail.com, or by deleting your account from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. We will remove your information if you ask us to.
